Training Session Examples

In the following training session examples we show you how you can put together a training lession of 60 minutes in a sensible way. The session examples are divided into training for kids and training for juniors/adults. We have planned approx. 5 minutes for the warm-up. All other drill/game times can be found in the corresponding drill/game descriptions.
